The owner of the truck was polite and the wait wasn't long. Less than ten minutes. I didn't care for the redder sauce. The green was magical. A pseudo guacamole. Basically an avocado puree with jalapeño juice. It's magical and a perfect compliment to the tacos. The owner is working out of the truck while working on an adjacent building he hopes to open as a restaurant. And the food sure beats the Subway across the street. Lol Right now this town of 3,500 people has no shortage of Mexican food. At least one truck, a trailer, at least four or five restaurants, and an ice cream shop all serving Mexican food. There's also a Family Table and Rails for casual American food. If you're traveling highway 17 and pass through Eagle Grove I'd definitely recommend swinging in and checking out La Aventura!

Wasn't sure what to do at first, whether sat down or ordered at the counter and there was a bit of a standoff after I walked in as I kinda waited for instruction. I ordered a coney. It was ready pretty quickly and I went to grab it from the counter. It was loaded with coney meat that was well seasoned. There was shredded cheese under the meat.
