When the book the appointment they only commit to the day and you have to call the morning of to get the appointment window. I called , they said 10-12pm, I advised I am unavailable 10-11 with an appointment. 10:30 the service man comes and tells me no one told him I would be unavailable. Which means the scheduler decided the 20 seconds he saved not doing his job was worth more than me, as a customer. I am now looking for a new drinking water provider.
