When I entered I saw that their tables were set up with red & white table coverings ready for the lunch crowd. I was greeted immediately with smiling faces and I even received a hug from Ms. Chelle. On Wednesday's Courville offers a hot meal and a cold one called Love Lunches. The name definitely fits because you get a taste of TLC in each bite. You are welcome to come in and eat inside or take it with you. I ordered for hubby and myself, two Cobb salads to go. These salads really hit the spot during these hot summer months. The first thing that caught my eye was the beauty of the presentation. It was lovely to look at and even better to eat. This salad radiates with the vibrancy of spring, with an array of beautiful, bright colors. This dish of deliciousness starts with a mountain of fresh spring mix lettuce, followed by plump grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, egg, avocado, bacon bits, shredded cheese, purple onions, with slices of the best and well seasoned chicken breast resting on top. Each bite provided a forkful of comfort and flavor. It's a show of veggies brimming with freshness and flavor. You will eat it for the taste and love it for the nutrition. .
