On the day of the event, they showed up promptly to set up for the party to set up. The attendant was extremely personable and professional. They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable.
