Sure they will take all your money and say they are competent in handling your loved one, but they don't take insurance and it will break your bank. They will not listen to family members who live with the person on a daily basis, so instead of getting insight into what is happening in their home life, they just say we got this. Thousands of dollars later, it became clear were not equipped with adequate counselors that would use their education to see that something is really wrong and be transparent that the patient needs more intensive treatment than they can provide. I even reached out to the director and was emphatically told she had every confidence in her counselor and the path she was taking. My daughter attempted suicide after she was told to listen to her gut and she went back to an abusive drug addicted ex.

I don't believe I have ever been to this area before. The counseling center itself is on the 2nd floor. It is a little confusing to find from the street since the entry area sorta looks like it's a restaurant. But I stepped inside and read the list and saw that it was on the 2nd floor. I am absolutely in love with this place and I am so glad that I decided to go here!

I chose this clinic because it advertises a family‑owned, fear-free experience, exactly what I wanted for a senior dog. Unfortunately, our visit was the opposite of fear-free. The vet came into the room without having fully reviewed his cardiology report or medical records. Within minutes, she told me (very bluntly and without context) that his heart was failing and he might have "around 18 months." This was based solely on a single in‑office exam of a nervous, shaking senior dog. It was extremely distressing, especially because she delivered it in a matter‑of‑fact tone with no empathy or reassurance. The appointment also felt rushed. Her vet tech had mentioned she was leaving for vacation the next day and we were her last appointment of the day and the entire interaction reflected that urgency. Despite how visibly upset I was, the vet continued with worst‑case scenarios, including telling me that at some point I would have to choose between protecting his heart or his kidneys. She then told me she couldn't help us any further and referred us to MedVet in Dallas, framing it as if he needed specialist, end‑of‑life management. Hearing that, without a full review of his records and without any compassion, was devastating and completely unnecessary. After the appointment, I confirmed with his cardiologist and primary vet that her assessment did not match his actual condition or prognosis. The emotional impact of that visit was significant and avoidable with proper preparation and communication. I'm giving 2 stars only because the front desk staff was kind and the office is clean and modern. But based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for senior pets or for anyone seeking a thoughtful, fear-free approach.

We are beyond grateful to Keith, as he made himself available immediately for the emergency…read moresituation of our beloved dog. He had a sudden disc problem that impinged his nerves, leaving him frantically screaming in pain and unable to move more than flounder with effort. We rushed him to a 24 hour emergency vet and they sent us home with intense pain killers and anti-inflammatories--all with big side effects. We rushed him to an acupuncturist after that which seemed to help but it was impossible to get him a follow up appointment for months. It had been 36 hours since the pain began and the only position he could maintain (though very feebly) was halfway-sitting up with stiff front legs. But now Keith--located in Texas and me in California--guided me through techniques *via video call* that immediately relaxed our desperate dog--so much so that he was able to slow-melt into a peaceful *laying down position* which he hadn't been able to achieve since the impingement. Then he fell fast asleep. Keith said to let him sleep for 4 hours. With so much pain, he hadn't been able to sleep at all for over 36 hours and suddenly he was out cold for pretty-much exactly 4 hours to the minute! He woke much more capable to stand! We had a follow up session the next day and again, he melted down and fell fast asleep within the first gentle hand-holds! Magic!!! In the past few days after having three of these treatments, his crooked-looking spine shows an obvious straightening and his wobbly, weak and unstable gait has turned the corner toward normalcy, thank Goodness!! Not only does Keith have a soft, patient and unassuming nature about him which made us feel very at ease, but he has a confidence in the power of his work and a commitment toward the healing of the individual--be them non-human or human. He is also the only provider who has followed up with check-ins to see how our dog is doing and to offer any advice pro-bono. Price-wise he is very affordable compared to other practitioners, which makes him a desirable and sustainable service to see on a regular basis for the wellness maintenance of our beloved dog's long-term health. We can't say enough about Keith--before him, we panicked about whether we should put our suffering dog to sleep so he would not have to suffer, but after being with Keith several times with his remote service and giving it a couple of days, I feel he saved our sweet dog! If you read this, Thank You So Much Keith!!! We and our great dog Ali are forever grateful for your care!
