He finally came to install our neighbors fence, looked at our fence and said it wasn't his fault, that we hadn't had the survey of the lot done before he installed the fence so he wasn't responsible. He would move the fence but he would have to charge us We gave him proof that the lot was surveyed before he installed the fence but refused to admit his fault. So the quality of the work was poor in retrospect and I would not recommend them to anyone ever again. Buyer beware. He talks down other installers but should really look at himself

Their staff is polite; helpful, good at what they do; didn't screw around; and they got all four areas done in a surprisingly short time. The work was done right and the price was very fair. Since then, I have had several issues due to the install: Poorly installed posts which hold panels, bad gate connection to their own posts. Several panels would get blown down by slightest wind because posts were not secured to ground. Whether this is because not buried properly, no concrete, I couldn't tell you. Initially, someone came out and repaired gate. Now, I am ignored and given the runaround about someone coming to repair the posts.
