The new extention looked very nice and matched the old wall so we were happy with the results - until it began to rain. Water began to seep under the wall and within a few months had created a channel under the wall. Water, mud and gravel began to wash into our neighbor's yard. It has gotten worse every time it rains. I contacted the owner of RGA Construction on April 1, 2025 asking if he could look at it and let me know what might be done to remedy the problem. He replied that he would come by on Friday April 4th. He never showed up. He never contacted me. I have asked him four time since then if and when he could come have a look and he has completely ignored me. He has not responded at all. In my last message on May 12, I mentioned that I would prefer to deal directly with him and hoped that he would stand behind his work. Still, no reply at all. I finally wrote up a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He ignored their questions as well. It is no surprise that RGA currently has just a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Upstate South Carolina. RGA Construction simply does not care about the quality of their work or about customer satisfaction or about their reputation as a responsible business. It is very frustrating trying to deal with a business that just doesn't care.

I Would Not Recommend - They Do Not Stand Behind Their Work…read more I'm only giving them 1-Star - but they could've had 5-Stars if they'd followed up on their 1-year guarantee as promised. Original driveway, sidewalk & step pad were done well - over a year ago - that part is holding up fine. Unfortunately, while ripping out & replacing the whole main driveway, they did NOT rip out & replace the small 12" concrete lip at the end of the main driveway that goes to the street. Instead, they just put a concrete "patch job" covering over all the gouges & holes on that lip. After 6 to 8 months 99% of the "patch job" had fallen out. I contacted them 2 months before the guarantee ran out to have them come see & fix the concrete lip. They said they would - but it never happened. Now they've let the "clock run out" on their 1-year guarantee & I'm stuck with shoddy work which, unfortunately, overshadows the good. They would've received 5-Stars from the "get-go" if they'd done it right in the 1st place or even if they'd lived up to their word & would've come back & fixed the "patch job".

It was completed in 9 days, and they worked virtually non-stop the entire time. The craftsmanship was meticulous, from the paver installation to the artificial grass. Arranging the project through Israel was a breeze and Ramone and his crew delivered a masterpiece. They did virtually everything I asked for and a few things I never expected - like replacing the sod damaged by the heavy machinery and power cleaning the entire area at the end. Now, I don't have a pool, and my driveway and garage are both gravel, so that obviously wasn't going to fit very well, but I have a concrete basement from the late 40s that could use some love as we expand it into being a combination den/craft/play area, so I was looking into something to make this more comfortable and viable for us. After discussing with them via an online messaging app and getting them my phone number, we scheduled a meeting with them a few days later. Their manager/sales rep (he's both), Tyler, showed up and walked us through their various flooring types, how the install process would go, etc. When it came to him discussing price, the price was right, so I committed. Fast forward a couple weeks, and a small team of installers of theirs showed up to work on our basement. (Mind your, our basement is NOT the easiest to get in and out of.) Work took a bit longer than originally estimated (things happen, and as I noted, our basement is a bit difficult to get equipment in and out of, and I picked one of the coldest months of the year for them to do this installation), but they were consistently courteous, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. End result came out absolutely fantastic, and we absolutely love our new basement floor from them. If I find myself ever converting my driveway/garage to concrete, they'll be on the top of my list for converting that as well.
