Sam Piccolo worked up a proposal in two days and met me at my home to deliver it. He was so professional and easy to work with that we canceled the other two caterers that we were in conversation with. He showed us pictures of how the food would be presented. The price was very reasonable and he handled the rentals. He sent us many tablecloth photos, chairs, plates, etc. to choose from. We had the most wonderful party and everyone was asking who our caterer was because the food and presentation was spectacular! The house was left sparkling when they left! Monica one of the owners came to our location to discuss catering, beverages etc for an event for about 120 people. First, Monica is extremely nice and informative. She was willing to work with us and the prices we had in mind. She gave us wonderful suggestions and really went above and beyond. We knew it was a no brainer to pick her over the other catering companies we had spoken with. The day of the event came, Monica was there as well as her staff. They set up everything beautifully and everything was very organized. The whole staff was professional, nice, and funny. Phil, one of the bartenders was great! The drinks: we had an open bar with select liquor and some mixers. The bartenders took care of us. On top of that they also had two mojito bars. I love mojitos so I was very happy with that. The food: we had lamb chops, sliders, tuna tataki, shrimp, chicken dumplings, empanadas, and a huge charcuterie board. Everything was absolutely delicious. No complaint at all about anything. I couldn't eat enough food and I hope we have an event soon because we know who we'll be calling. Thank you for all your hard work, the event was a total success.

To be honest, we were first looking at the big name caterers in the area, but that was just because thats who everyone used. But we didn't want the same wedding as everyone else and Peacocks really brought that originality to life. Working with Danielle and Michelle was great. They were very accessible and they followed through on things in a timely fashion. They organized a tasting for my husband, myself and even let me bring my MOH along which was really fun. Danielle went for a walk through at the venue with me a few weeks before the wedding and it helped me really visualize our event. They also gave us all the options on how to save money, including creative options like spending $100 on spoons for the soup or using ramekins you can just drink out of. Now the biggie... the food. There are so many menu options that we really went back and forth for probably too long. You could have a theme if you want - asian, South Florida, classy, casual, and many others. We decided that our theme would be comfort food and we settled on sliders, Mac and cheese and grilled cheese. Each of these options came with at least 3 variations. I loved the buffalo chicken slider, the fig and brie grilled cheese and the Mac and cheese bar let me add whatever I wanted to my creation. We weren't originally planning on the tomato soup but once we tasted it we could not say no. All the food was set up in stations and our guests were able to get their food quickly. People still rave about the food we served. Peacock also threw things in that just made our event over the top. We didn't have the budget for a full bar so they helped us with a his and hers cocktail based on what my husband and I like to drink. One of my favorite moments of my entire wedding is with Danielle. My family was being loud and distracting at the bar while we were waiting to get introduced so Danielle just straight up closed the bar to get my family to go sit down. My husband and I still laugh about that moment. Their attention to detail, generosity and get stuff done attitude made me feel like they were on our team and they wanted our event to be as great as we wanted it to be. Lauderdale but their boundaries are endless. They told me they even did parties in the Bahamas. I wouldn't hesitate to call for any occasion or location.
