But the owner is a whole different story, we spent $100k on our landscaping project, he was very accomodating before the final payment was made, then right after, his whole attitude changed. There was never anybody answering the phone at the office, he never replied to phone messages I have left, when texted him with the requests, he said he doesn't like customers texting him and he blocked us from any further textings, funny thing is, he never complained about us calling and texting him before the final payment was made. The plantings have a one year warranty, the patios and stoneworks have 2 year warranty, but it was like pulling teeth when we requested him to replace the dead shrubs and repair some pavers. When he fianally sent someone "Bob" over to fix the problems today, he was rude and full of attitude, accusing us for being unreasonable. OUTRAGEOUS!!! $100k was not a small project, there are bound to be needing fine tunings and adjustments, that's what warranties are for! But according to the owner and this particular worker, the paying customer is considered too demanding to request for repairs on patios or replacement of dead plants. I will never use this company again!
