Shane kept blowing me off but was quick to cash my check. He even came on my property without my consent and took away the timer to water my lawn. When I saw what he wrote on Facebook about his clients being happy, I asked him what about us? My husband and I are senior citizens and believed we were overcharged and taken advantage of. After they gave us a quote, they also explained the process, talked about the necessary permits with our HOA, reviewed next steps, and even spent time texting with me about the updated requirements for the stairs on the deck.
