Her prices are very fair, especially for the work and talent she puts in! I usually get a full set every few months from her, because I currently live in Indianapolis. But every chance I get, I travel to her for my lash extensions. She offers everything from facials, to lash extensions, to cool sculpting/muscle toning. You name it- she probably has it! My lash extensions are always exactly what I want. Every time I go in, I tell her longer, natural, and fanned out (longer) on the ends. I can't express how perfectly she does it. Holy moly, Kelly, is seriously super! I've never met anyone nicer in the profession. She is a one stop shop and does it all. I've had lashes and full waxing. She wants you to feel comfortable and happy. It takes time to do the lashes normally and I was 7 1/2 months prego. She allowed me to adjust as I needed and adjusted temperatures for my hot and cold flashes. Just wonderful. Not only that I can't say I've ever had any issues but I know I've heard from a couple clients if something is wonky or needs touched up she makes time to slip you in if she can (ASAP) to fix it free of charge. Unprofessional! Kelly the owner is rude and does a poor job on lashes. Days after getting my lashes they were falling off bad. When I asked her about it she said she didn't have time in her schedule to look. She doesn't do a 1 to 1 lash extension and the glue she uses seems to be a joke. It was a complete waste of money and the worst customer service ever. It takes hours to complete. She works out of her home in a corner room. The lining on the bed is not clean and nor is the headrest. Poor overall experience and service. read more
