I gave her a picture and told her EXACTLY what I wanted. She BUTCHERED my hair & I will NEVER go back. It wasn't worth it. The girl kept looking confused, she didn't know how to texturize & she had no idea what she was doing. Her name was Rez (however you spell it) and that's who I told them I didn't want. They knew she wasn't experienced enough for what I asked and the manager knew it but she went against my wishes COMPLETELY. I hated my hair and I actually showed her how to tezturize my hair. She didn't know how to use the texturizing shears. I did tip her bc I know she was scared and probably 2nd guessing herself but they shouldn't be giving clients to people who have no idea what they're doing. My looks are important to me and I haven't left the house in days. I feel like an idiot. Horrible experience and felt judged the whole time. Super snooty & boogie. I will not recommend them to ANYONE.

One of the eyelash techs bought the salon and put four eyelash tables in the front of the salon where the hairdresser stations were. The hairdressers have been moved to the back. There is one sink for them to use, which may be an inconvenience. I am not someone who wants my eyelashes done, because I don't need to, and it's very expensive. The new owner plans to add other services later. I still go to my same hairdresser for my hair and nails, and she does a great job.

She told me the price ($125), then proceeded to tell me that she was booked for the next six weeks, and that those clients would want the following six weeks. Not unless someone cancelled their appointment. It's great that you're booked solid for the next six weeks, however all I wanted to do was purchase a gift certificate and the receiver of the gift certificate could determine when she wanted to make an appointment. I know $125 isn't much money...it's just the principle of customer service.
