Timothy immediately helped me find several appealing options to go with my sample. I loved his first suggestion but sadly it was outside my price range ($140 sq ft!). He helped me find a lovely dimensional tile with a great artisan style that will set off the quartz Calacatta Gold well. He was helpful with installation suggestions as well: finding a Schluter edging that will compliment the colors. The vibe was mellow and helpful. Unlike other places I have been to, I didn't feel that they needed to perform a wallet biopsy before they answered questions. Can't wait to order my tile and upgrade our kitchen!

Once my slab was selected, every other representative from the template person (David), fabricator, (Serge); whom I met in person to decide my layout, to the installers (Harley) and sealer (Dallas) were in touch to confirm when they would arrive to confirming my satisfaction. When we initially asked what our overages would look like she would shrug and say "like nothing not even anything" so it came as a surprise it was $1500 more at the end. The guy who does the measurements real nice, the guys who did the install, also nice. Deb- stay far away. The trip charges, the chipped unfinished edge, and the snake that is Deb all scream 'head down the road' to me and that's what I'm going to do for the next 15 kitchens we need stone for... yep, they knew we had more projects and we were still treated like this.
