Instead they sent a container of white mums with the tops spray painted red. It was about the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I wish this site would allow photos so you can see what they sent. I called and complained and was assured that the arrangement I ordered would be sent the next day in time for Christmas Eve. When the flowers had not arrived by 4 PM on Christmas Eve, I called and was told that they had changed the delivery date to December 26th. No one had contacted me to tell me this. I would not walk, but run from doing any business with these people.

My wife and I loved the example pictures provided on Britton's website, as we felt they offer a variety of equally beautiful types of floral arrangement and would be able to fit what we were looking for. We had a virtual meeting with Nicole and she was so friendly and helpful. Flowers are not something that my wife and I really know anything about, honestly - a lot of the elements of wedding planning were over our heads and thank goodness we landed with such wonderful vendors, like Britton. Nicole really broke down all of our options and things we wouldn't have thought about on our own, such as how to incorporate florals with the men in our lives. We each had two "bridesmen" as well as our fathers. She also suggested a wrist corsage for our moms. It was little touches like this that made everyone feel included and was visually stunning when it all came together. We found the experience interesting that although you can describe what you want and share inspo pictures, there is an element of surprise when it comes to florals. It really depends on what is available at the time of your wedding and when the florist goes to do their shopping.
