I could not be happier with how my photos turned out. Although I think her portfolio speaks for itself. The only thing is I waited six weeks for the photos to come back (which is pretty standard) so don't wait to book your photos a week before your induction date like I did. They were worth the wait though.

Just to set up the appointment with an access code was bad enough. Called their 800 customer…read moreservice line on 09/14 at 3:29pm, only to talk with the rudest lady in the world who took all of our information down wrong which I didn't notice til I put the access code in. Called back at 3:45pm as she didn't even put in the right highschool for the senior picture to be delivered to. The same woman answered and I politely explained to her the information was wrong in the system. Her ego got hurt and she got upset and told me she'd get to it when she had time. I explained to her I needed to make an appointment so if we could update it now that would be great. She got even angrier. After she took my email, address, and highschool name down again for the 10th time, I asked her kindly to read them back to me so that I knew if things were correct. You know, to avoid another call because at this point I spent 45 minutes of my time on something that should have taken 15 minutes. Anyways, she refused to repeat them. I finally asked her for the manager or supervisor and she hung up on me. I then proceeded to make the appointment online to notice my info was wrong again and she didn't even fix which school my son attended! I will have to deal with this at his sitting, but I shouldn't have had to deal with this at all. Instead of signing up for a $300 package I signed up for the basic $10 yearbook picture (because the school said it had to be through this company) and take my business elsewhere for his senior announcements where I'm treated with respect and appreciation:(

So, $160 for some wallet pics and a 5x7, a total ripoff. They were also very disorganized when she went there. A zoo. Go elsewhere. They are scamming people.
