First…read moreit took them 3 weeks to remove post and and get the materials delivered, which was not fully removed I found some cut pipes on the ground. Then they did not install one of the gates I had asked to put on one of the sides, and said that it was not on the quote, but the quote went from 4500-6500 to 14,000. That's almost a double fold. And finally I had asked for all post to be protected with Tar, which only cost $300 for materials but that was the only thing that was added and it increased double fold. Finally, after going through the fence when completed. There were holes were some of the old fence was that I had to cover with dirt. Some post and wood were not cut even and missing over 50+ screws that I bought and put on myself. The bottom was not even and apparently not understood when I said I wanted 6 foot total above ground with an extra foot on bottom. It was only done in half of the fence. The 8 foot side of the fence was done right and the gates were also done right. From far away the fence looks great and stable, but without me fixing all of these missing stuff it was far from a 5 star. I would recommend for small projects, but not for something real nice cause. Then the other half of the time they took a lot was just them sitting on the backyard my guess those were billable hours. Lol Then I called and they said they gave me a discount. And that they didn't charge me for missing door. Also they charge me extra for removing those post cause they didn't have the right Tools so they had to get new tools. I also had cement I gave them about 15 bags

They have a nice flashy web page and pretty trucks but customer service is apparently not part of the companies mission. I can not comment on the quality of the work they do because the job was never completed as the frustration with the process it took to get to job completion took far more work than i would have thought necessary on my end so i requested my deposit back. I was initially told that they would be out on a Thursday but they were a no show. I called them late that afternoon and was told they were delayed due to rain on another job, which is understandable, but i asked why i was not called and they said they sent me a text, then i informed them that i told the contractor i don't have text, i have a land line, so they took note of that. Later that evening i was called and told they would be out Friday afternoon, but if they don't make it, they will be out Saturday. Well, again, both days were no shows and no calls. I called them on Monday morning and was told they would be out possibly Monday afternoon but more then likely on Tuesday. Well, no show on Monday so i called them the first thing on Tuesday morning to make sure they were actually coming and the secretary told me i was on the list but she would have to text the crew to see if they were going to get to me and that she would call me back. Well, she never called back so at 1 pm on Thursday i called and asked for a refund on my deposit. Simply put... If you have a life or a job, and can't sit at home for multiple days in hopes they might actually show up and or don't have the time to continually call them, getting an AI receptionist most of the time, to get updates on if or when they will show up to do the job, i would definitely go with one of the many other companies.

I had scheduled for someone to come out and give me an estimate on fencing around my property…read more Kayla was scheduled to come out but had a flat tire and informed me she wouldn't be coming out 10 minutes before she was due to arrive, so we rescheduled for Monday at 2p. I sent a text around noon to confirm because our house is still being built so it's a 50 minute drive for me to get out there. She called me and stated she was there and completely forgot she told me 2p. Come to find out she was told my house was in Oceans Springs when in fact it's closer to Picayune. So she set it up for Richard the owner to come out and do the estimate, several weeks later I've got no estimate and no one at the office seems to know what's going on. I've called 3 days in a row & still nothing. Was told someone in the family passed away a week after they came out which obviously is understandable but it's been weeks and they just don't understand where my estimate is. Lack of communication is an understatement for this company. I however used Trinity Contractors and are beyond satisfied with their communication and work ethic!
