First…read moreit took them 3 weeks to remove post and and get the materials delivered, which was not fully removed I found some cut pipes on the ground. Then they did not install one of the gates I had asked to put on one of the sides, and said that it was not on the quote, but the quote went from 4500-6500 to 14,000. That's almost a double fold. And finally I had asked for all post to be protected with Tar, which only cost $300 for materials but that was the only thing that was added and it increased double fold. Finally, after going through the fence when completed. There were holes were some of the old fence was that I had to cover with dirt. Some post and wood were not cut even and missing over 50+ screws that I bought and put on myself. The bottom was not even and apparently not understood when I said I wanted 6 foot total above ground with an extra foot on bottom. It was only done in half of the fence. The 8 foot side of the fence was done right and the gates were also done right. From far away the fence looks great and stable, but without me fixing all of these missing stuff it was far from a 5 star. I would recommend for small projects, but not for something real nice cause. Then the other half of the time they took a lot was just them sitting on the backyard my guess those were billable hours. Lol Then I called and they said they gave me a discount. And that they didn't charge me for missing door. Also they charge me extra for removing those post cause they didn't have the right Tools so they had to get new tools. I also had cement I gave them about 15 bags

We ordered wrought iron railings for the front and back porches of our home. Boyanton Industries…read moreassured us that all materials are blasted, sprayed with a rust protective shield and coated before installation. After one rain (within 1 week of completion) all materials are rusting, badly staining the porches and patio. The porches and posts need to be repainted and rust stains need to be removed from all masonry and concrete surfaces. Additionally, rails and base caps were very poorly fitted, bolts securing anchor plates are missing, house siding and porch posts were damaged, paint coating is inconsistent, flat and gloss paint combined, and there's paint overspray everywhere on our porches and patio. Richard Boyanton aggressively demanded final payment before the job was completed, getting into a shouting match and very rudely insulting first my wife, then myself. Given the opportunity to mitigate damages and complete the job to basic industry standards, Boyanton refused to provide specifics and angrily and explosively threatened a lien and a lawsuit. After being sent many photos of the deficient work, he has now fallen silent. Because of Boyanton's rude, unprofessional behavior, calling us liars and accusing us of "playing with his money", we no longer trust or want him anywhere near our property. We have contacted 2 reputable contractors, one of which is Scott Fence USA, LLC of Baton Rouge, the real Scott Fence of 60 years, to give us estimates to complete this job correctly and to avoid a lifetime of issues. Please be aware that Boyanton Industries answers their phones as Scott Fence. I thought I was contacting Scott Fence USA in Baton Rouge. However, Boyanton Industries has an LLC as Scott Fence LLC of MS. and I mistakenly assumed that Boyanton Industries was "the real" Scott Fence USA. Please do not make the same mistake we did as Boyanton is an arrogant bully, fraudulently representing his product, and an unprofessional company that will sell you poor quality products and installation.

We paid approximately $7,000 for this fence, not including the additional payment processing surcharge of around $200 they charged before and after the job. Based on my experience with the quality of the materials, the lack of follow-up, and the customer service, I would not recommend Fence King. Dan, Your response is inconsistent with what we were promised. We specifically requested that our fence match our neighbor's fence, and we were assured that is exactly what we would receive. The fact that our fence looks years older and is already showing signs of rot while our neighbor's fence is not is unacceptable. We paid our balance in full because we believed we had received the quality fence we paid for. It wasn't until the wood began discoloring, deteriorating, and showing signs of premature decay that we realized there was a serious problem. We contacted your company as soon as these issues became apparent and were assured that someone would come out, inspect the fence, and replace any defective boards. Those promises were never fulfilled. You stated that someone came out to inspect the fence. We have security cameras covering our entire property, so please provide the exact date and approximate time of that visit so we can verify it. To our knowledge, no one has ever come to inspect the fence. You also stated that multiple calls were made to my wife and me. Please provide the dates, times, and phone numbers used. Neither of us has any missed calls or voicemails from your company regarding this matter. The fence was installed in early 2025, cost approximately $7,000, and is already experiencing rotting boards, loose pickets, and a level of deterioration that should not occur in such a short period of time. That is not the quality of workmanship or materials we paid for. If your company is unwilling to honor its commitments and correct these issues, I will pursue every available legal and consumer avenue to hold your company accountable. I am requesting that you either stand behind your work or provide the documentation supporting the claims made in your response.

You leave a voicemail, but no one ever follows up. I've also called our sales representative multiple times with no answer. When I texted, I received what appeared to be a generic, pre-written response that didn't address my questions. We have dogs, and the contract states there is an additional fee if the yard isn't cleaned up beforehand, which I think is completely reasonable. However, the company scheduled our installation for last week, placed their sign in our yard (which is also required by their contract), and then never showed up. Unfortunately, our HOA prohibits signs unless work is actively being performed, so we ended up receiving a $25 fine because the sign was left in our yard without any installation taking place. At this point, the communication has been very poor once partial payment was made. I'll update my review after the installation is completed, but so far, I'm not impressed with the experience.
