I ordered two basketball from them. Quick turn around with the proof being sent within 24 hours. When I received the other ball I ordered weeks later from the other company it was terrible work. This company really bailed me out and the work is superb! Five days before a big retirement party I realized I was responsible for the plaque. Panic! Local company said two weeks, they send it out. Creative Laser Solutions said no problem, I sent them a PDF of our logo and wording, and TWO DAYS later it arrived. The plaque is BEAUTIFUL; the artwork was placed very nicely on the log slice, the wood is solid, dry, and will last. Their price is so reasonable.They were very kind and professional on the phone.
