However, today when I went to pickup and pay for my $100 worth of preordered patterns I quickly saw that my first impression was spot on. I literally heard one of the ladies talking about me to another employee. As I stared at her in disbelief, she stared right back at me, and continued to talk about me (Using my name and everything). I'm regretful I didn't say something or at the least refuse my order and leave. Right down the street from this shop is another, called Quilter's Station. They have a better selection, and much better prices. Not the mention the staff and owner are really nice and welcoming!

The pricing at Momo's is in line with everywhere I look at, and while not the absolute cheapest possible the ability to go in and find the kind of yarn that matches what you want to do is something you can't do when you order online. The store staff was helpful, informed, and they ask good questions about what you are knitting and what you could need. From beginner to advanced, Momo's gives you access to yarn and knitting supplies, and if you go with a friend the experience can be even better. I took my son on Mother's Day weekend and not only did I find what I was looking for, they involved both of us in the process so that we took away from the store more than just yarn, we took from it a great memory. Nothing is better than that, and you can't get that delivered in a box by UPS.

The organic sheets I looked at were really lovely, but I decided to wait --spending $400 is alittle more dough than I could fork out---I need baby steps away from my staple tee-shirt sheets from college. Some of them act odd if you question about the area. Most likely they have what I'm looking for, or I order it online from Missouri Star.....those those reviews as of lately haven't been that great. I went in there looking for fabric that had little coffee cups so I could finish a cross stitch I made. The lady behind the counter stopped what she was doing, and went to some fabric that was perfect...ofcouse, I didn't only buy a small piece of fabric...lol They carry all of Weeks Dye Works thread, other threads, and they have the entire selection of Weeks Dye Works,and probably carry aida cloth too.I didn't go over to that section. This place is uber filled. the amount of fabric is huge. There is a classroom in the back, where they have displayed some of their quilts. They have a full selection of scissors, and patterns, and batting. This is one of the larger quilt shops I've ever been in. They aren't too keen on pictures inside, so I'll be sure and get one outside next time I go.
