As a result of this I hired him to paint my deck and repair & replace a few boards on the deck in June 2024. During the deck repair I started questioning the fact that grass never came up from his aerate and seed job. He stated that he would address it. After he was paid to paint and repair the deck, once the paint had dryed, I discovered, everything had not been done. Many of the boards that we had agreed upon had not been repaired or replaced. Also, he left all the deck furniture in the yard and never came back to finish his work. I reached out to him, but he "ghosted" me (would not return my calls or my texts), and I never heard from him again. Plus he never really addressed the problem with the grass. Beware of this vendor.
