The owner for months fed me story about rain and being backed up but could never give me an appt date. After months of trying to get an appt I asked for a refund and was told they don't get paid until the voucher is redeemed. I will b contacting living social to see what they can do to assist with getting a refund or getting the company to come cut my yard. I have been more than patient. I haven't even heard anything from them.

Interesting that the owner wrote this... "We Strive to service your property on time when we say we will. If for some reason (weather, sickness, or mechanical issues) we can not make it the day we stated, we will notify you and let you know when we will be there. We will not leave you wondering.. The only issue we had was some of the big branches were left on the road for about a week before they came back to pick them up but they eventually did scoop them up. As far as pricing goes they seem to be in line with what other companies are charging, removing tree anything is not cheap. But as you watch them he realize it is a pretty risky job and I'm sure their insurance costs are pretty expensive.
