When they cut grass at 5370 Highway 20 Lot 74 Loganville, GA (Jackson Mobile Home Community) they don't use a grass catcher on the lawn mower so when they cut grass the mower blows grass in others yards. When they go to blow the grass they blow grass in the neighbors yards too. That's very unprofessional for a company to do in a Community where the lots are close together. Neighbors have to maintain their yards and have to maintain the excess grass they blow in the neighbors yards. Is that how y'all train employees to blow grass they cut in other peoples yards? That's very unprofessional for y'all to allow and let employees do that. Yall need to stop blowing grass in others yards for us to have to take care of that. Guess its about time for neighbors here to get commercial leaf blowers and blow grass all in the yard of Lot 74 in Jackson Mobile Home Community until this sorry pos company can stop blowing grass in others yards and not have the mower to blow in others yards. The other neighbors take care of their yards and when this company comes over they just keep doing it and don't care. Guess will have to report to BBB and the county about this company blowing grass in others yards to get something done for them to stop it. read more

When they were cutting someones grass the guy blew leaves in my yard. Didnt like that at all Bad service and will be contacting bbb against this company and telling everyone gow bad this company is for blowing leaves in someone elses yard. Don't recommend this crappy company at all. read more

When it comes to billing the owner is sneaky. Trying to keep you paying higher even when requested not to do something and does it and then bills extra. His guys do great work but the owner is trying his best to take your money so just pay attention. I wanted my bushes done once a month for maintenance. He tried to say his guys cut my bushes each time. I won't stand for someone who I've had to constantly correct the billing bc he just assumes he can do what he wants and bill it without discussing it. I don't recommend for this reason. His guys did do a great job I just think the owner Eric Is trying to be sneaky. read more

I wanted to give five stars after watching this crew do my neighbors lawn for several months... they are fast do a great job and a friendly... my husband and I do our own lawn so we don't desire a lawn care professional however I did break one of my tools for edging and offered to pay this gentleman to do my edging after they were done with my neighbors lawn, Not only did he do it- he would not accept payment but I felt the need to share my story because my interaction as a non-customer is just as important as from a customer it shows his character which is most important to me if I ever decide to use lawn care service in general I'm definitely going to use Excellence lawn service. read more
