I am in the middle of writing a business plan for a new retail store in Manhattan. As part of it, I wanted to estimate the cost of various types of signage. I called Spanjer and spoke to Steve who was very diligent, detailed, and respectful. I'm a young guy and am used to people not being very helpful regarding my questions (without any guarantees of business). Steve got backed to me in one business day and followed up with a proposal that, not only priced what I had asked to him to, but also showed me three other less expensive options as well. It's obvious that Spanjer, a company that's been around for more than 100 years, understands that their service goes beyond just putting signs on store fronts. Thanks again Steve. Overly expensive and a rip-off…read more I asked for a price quote for 5000 business cards at 14pt UV gloss, full color, and the rep tells me he can do it at 16 points for the same price and charges an outrageous price for the job that is more than double than I pay. Which is an absolute lie, I used to work at Unique Copy Center back in the days, been in printing for half of my career life, and laughed at this. Luckily PIM got me a sweet deal for 14 pts for 75 bucks, also all other price quotes were 80-110 dollar range. Stay away from this price gouging printer place.

Just handed it and the prints were completely out of order so I had to sit there and sort them myself to figure out what order they are in and the person who printed them just watched me. I also had an interview the next morning and they finished just before closing, so I had to go in with a pixelated portfolio which in fashion can 100% cost you the job. I am really upset that I wasted my money, I wanted better quality and service than staples so I went here but it is actually better at staples which is pretty low on the scale of printing. I will not be back again. Please test print, organize the pages, and deliver quality customer service for those kind of prices. No problem paying if I can actually use the work...
