It was a little confusing to find as the salon is inside another salon which has no reference to beauty by yasmin on the outside My therapist was a girl called Becky, and she really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She really spent a decent amount of time on each area, and used just the right amount of force. The full body massage really was 'full body' which included feet and neck, as some places don't. She uses base oils rather than almond oils, in case people have nut allergies. Also I was offered a hot drink or glass of water at the end. Very Happy with the service, and all treatments are half price until the end of august if u ask for Becky when booking!

I decorate them to match outfits, show my support for my football team or I just use them to add that bit extra to a wedding outfit. I find it relaxing to sit down and pamper myself but I don't always find the time, isn't that always the way? When it came to my hen weekend I decided I wanted to sit back and let someone do the pampering for me. I said I'd treat us all (my mom and my sisters) to a manicure and pedicure session. As we all work in different parts of Birmingham I figured this was a central point for us to meet. My hen party theme was 'a splash of pink' so I decided to have my nails painted a bright flashy pink with black flicked lines to match my dress. The girls were chatty and joined in with our excitement, they even asked to look at a picture on my phone of the dress so they could match the pattern exactly. We all had something different done and every nail was perfect. The four of us came out beaming from ear to ear not wanting to touch anything in case we chipped our new blades. The night out was fabulous and my nails got attention from everyone I spoke to - they matched the dress so well people were coming up to me to comment! I haven't stopped raving about this place. I'm going to keep Saigon Nails for extra-special occasions.

After I have had great spa experiences back in India, I was recommended Spa Diamond at Birmingham…read more Initial welcome was good with good ambiance, pleasant service and a warm cup of green tea. Thereafter, during the full body scrub and spa treatment, I felt it was a rushed affair with the 60 minute session completed in 50 minutes, towards the end I felt the masseuse was falling short of enough oil to massage and it was almost dry and I had to remind her that she has left out the abdominal area. I also kept requesting for increased pressure during massage but it just wasn't enough! On constant reminder that my package included a bath soak, my masseuse kept refusing and later the receptionist confirmed that she had forgotten to inform the masseuse. I was later compensated by a joint soak with my husband where we were crammed up in a corner bathtub so neither of us enjoyed the soak and eventually were left feeling rather disappointed than rejuvenated. :( I hope the team works more diligently on customer service.
