I had a horrible experience at another nail salon tonight and walked out. I called Creative and they were free right then for a pedi. So, off I went. I arrived and Ly was waiting for me. He handed me the pedi menu, nail color options, and got to work. We talked the entire time and he did an amazing job! I am so thankful I walked out of the other salon that had me wait in a salon chair for over 20 mins. I'll be coming back to Creative nails FOR SURE. Thank you Ly! read more

I have had several pedicures here, no issues. Today though, my daughter and I picked our service and color per usual, then didn't realize we were getting "gel" (which we never asked for, or were asked if we wanted it) and went to pay and got blind sided by the price. I went here twice and after the second time I won't be back: still gave three starts because it seems to be very dependent on who you have as a technician. 1st time: very efficient, and the gel manicure lasted about 4 weeks, so I was really excited to go again. 2nd time: manicure and pedicure Pedicure: - the technician cut me with the nail clippers - none of my toe nails were squared off: all different lengths and shapes, with some at obvious angles - someone else put the little shoes on me and he scuffed two toes Manicure: - the same man who scuffed my toes filed all the corners of my nails (which are shorter) into angles, so they were all lopsided coffin shaped - zero lotion put on my hands before filing away and away - my one nail was so poorly shaped someone else had to put an acrylic coating on it to fix the ends read more

My grand daughter and I went here for a mani- pedi a week ago. They seated us quickly, we had an appointment, and began our pedis. Water was way too hot and I got a burn on my ankle. But water was cooled down after I got burned. I had a male tech who was way too rough! He filed my skin! Ouch! Then he trimmed my cuticles. He cut into the skin 3 times after telling him to reduce the pressure. He blamed it on ingrown nails. My granddaughter also had cuts on her finger cuticles. He did both of our manicures. My fingers were not cut but the finished polish was bumpy and unprofessional looking. A week later my toe cuticles are red and painful where the injury was done. Ugh! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Love this place I simply show them a picture of what nails I want and I walk out with them. I have gone to Caitlyn and TK and loved them both! Friendly, clean, and quality. I had gone here last year until the gentleman in the back decided to do acrylic nails instead of a nip fill. Its faster he said. He was guessing my age etc. thought he was funny. Cost me more to see him than what the gal (owner) charged me. So I stopped going. I went back to restart the nail process again. Dip is my favorite. I dont like thick nails. I was happy. Went back for a fill and the owner did a fantastic job. I thought ok, third time, Im happy...until they got to busy and asked hubby to use the remover (in excess and dripped everywhere) I was trying to grow back the natural nail and this just melted the dip and made a mess. The young lady did a good job trying to fix everything and put on another tip. I was still satisfied. Now here I go back again for another fill. I get the man in the back. He was so inappropriate talking about never being with an american woman. He asked inappropriate stuff. Made sure to sing inappropriate lyrics on a song that came on the radio. He used the remover I guess because it was faster than filing it. Used the drill and burned me on my pinky. I was so ready to get out of there. Their was a lady getting a pedicure who was trying to deflect the conversation. I kept looking at her like "did he really say that". I have thought about calling the owner but I dont really think it would get taken care of. I have to find a new place. read more

I had an appointment to get only a gel mani pedi with my friend. It was our first time there and not busy. They got us seated and when they asked us what we wanted we both said the $40 spa pedicure and pointed to it on the menu. They proceeded to give us the next one up at $60 without telling us. It was only when they started putting paraffin wax on my friend's feet that we noticed and spoke up. The lady finishing up my friend's feet put the wax on, clocked out, and immediately got her things and left. No one informed us or came to help so my friend was sitting there for more than 30 minutes with the wax and no knowledge of what was going on. They also could not find the color my friend was asking for and used a different one without telling her. This was only our pedicures. When it was time for our manicures, the man doing my nails was rushing and knocking everything over. He was aggressive and cut my fingers twice and had to use nail glue to stop the bleeding. He was dripping nail polish all over my hands and once dripped the top coat on the middle of my finger and told me to put it in the LED light. I unknowingly listened, but within seconds I pulled it out because it was burning my skin. The filing was so uneven I had to fix it at home and the gems (one at the base of each fingernail) fell off later that night. The lady doing my friend's manicure was rushing as well and was rude when my friend simply asked for a different color French tip. In the end they charged us the full amount even when they said they'd only charge us $5 more for the mixup with the pedicures. It was very difficult asking questions about the price due to the language barrier. I understand that everyone looks forward to going home after a day at work, but if this is the service we receive an hour and a half before closing, they shouldn't schedule appointments at that time. Very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

Way too over priced for the service. My feet still have dry skin and calluses on them, the massage portion of the pedicure was horrible, the water was cold, And I am fairly certain that the guy reused a pumice stone from another customer in my feet. I am also fairly certain that there is still a mask mandate and there were no barriers in place and customers weren't wearing masks. I don't think I will be coming back. read more

My friend and I wanted a fun girls thing to do to kick off our vacation. My sister had just been here and got beautiful acrylic nails so I thought we'd try out this place too. We made an appointment and they told us 5:30 would be fine that day for 2 gel manicures and pedicures-nothing fancy. When we started our pedicure we both asked for the most basic, cheap one. We even pointed to the picture, to help with the language barrier. The lady nodded her head in agreement and went on with it. She went to do the hot stones and I thought that was odd but didn't say anything, that is until she put my foot in the paraffin wax. In confusion I asked why she was doing that as I didn't want to pay for it-wasn't what I asked for. She said it was ok and would only charge me $5 more for the confusion. My friends service was corrected because of this. Then they took my friend to start her manicure while leaving me in the wax for 30 mins because the girl doing my service just clocked out and left. Once I was acknowledged again the new lady couldn't find the color I had gotten on my toes because they used a different shade then what I had asked for and didn't tell anyone before putting it back. My friends nails were butchered by the guy as he was aggressive and going too fast. Cut her 2 times, put nail glue to stop the bleeding, didn't do what she asked for, was sloppy with top coat which BURNS on skin under the LED light, gems fell of the same day, and was very uneven. The girl doing my nails was frustrated that I asked for a simple French tip style with opposite colors of the polish I had asked for and the closer to 7 it got, the more rushed she was. All of this for both of us to be charges the FULL amount of both the expensive pedicure and manicure. No sorry's ever said or break down of pricing. If you don't have the time to do a good job we are paying for then don't schedule it. Very disappointed and will NOT be going back. read more
