HOWEVER, DO NOT RELY ON THE COMPANY'S GUARANTEE POLICY!!! I have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of plants and merchandise from them in the past. Unfortunatly, I recently requested a replacement for a CLEARLY DEAD tree; a tree that was pointed out to them 6 months ago and was told to "watch it and see if it comes back". When shown the tree recently, I was asked to "PROVIDE THE PURCHASE RECEIPT" which I no longer have!!!!!!! I hope this was just the action of one "wrong-headed" employee and not a reflection of Pine Ridge! As mentioned earlier, the Company is, otherwise, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!! As they say, "One bad apple....".

Getting back on the road is treacherous especially when there are several people trying to leave at once. Prices are mid range and blanketed based on the container the plant is in. The plants are well maintained and healthy. The staff is often curt and abrasive and their energy is overtly negative which is a strange paradox when shopping for flowers. You better know what you want when you get there or read the signs because no one is assisting you. It's better than Lowe's or Walmart. But not quite as good as Walter's Greenhouse in Hardy.

Jan invited me to come to the shop to watch them put my bouquet together specifically, but also the other flowers in our order, as well. It was very helpful and nerve-settling to me to be able to have input in the creation process of the flowers for my special day. This definitely alleviated a lot of my stress. They were all very good at showing me different options of where to place certain flowers to achieve a certain look, etc.. It was a fun day spent with these ladies, and I really appreciate their hard, and beautiful work!
