They refused to provide an arrival time or length of service despite multiple requests, leaving my timeline and vendor deliveries in limbo. Desperate and with guests already arriving in town, I had to take time to repeatedly call Lili until I finally reached her at COB Friday. I came to find out that while I had booked service with the owner Lili, she was not aware of my wedding details when we spoke and did not even know who would be coming to take care of me Monday - it clearly would not be her despite multiple confirmations otherwise. I am now two days before my wedding and have no one to do my hair or makeup despite months of planning. Lili seemed nice enough but when I spoke to her completely distressed, she quickly supplied a refund without any offer to make it right. Instead, she blamed the issue on an email hosting problem - she had not paid enough for email storage, rending her email useless - and told me sorry but no resolution. Apparently, their "policy" is to contact brides with confirmation, contact information and arrival time just two days before their wedding. I urge all brides to proceed with caution - Lili has a fantastic portfolio, but their planning process is completely unprofessional and has now cost me my bridal beauty moment. As I told her, "I will now be a shadow of the bride I had always dreamed and hoped of being." I never received a response.

I was still nervous and skeptical when they told me I was only going to have one person (Maria) come to do my hair and makeup, as well as my mother and the two flower girls. I know my hair and I knew what I wanted was going to be very detail oriented. Maria showed up on time to my hotel room and got to work right away. I had also brought some extensions with me to add volume to my hair. That was not a problem for her. She was upbeat and happy and she put me at ease. The proof ladies is in the pictures! It was the biggest disappointment of my life. I should have stopped before we even started as she did not measure anything and just free handed with a white liner and ask if I was okay with it. Once service was complete I was informed that she did NOT do micro blading and did instead powder brows. I was never informed of powder brows neither I wanted. The shape and simetry are off and the whole brow was way too dark, specially considering I asked just to do a couple fixes and ended up with a whole brow tattooed. I have waited to write this review after many months in hope that it would fade a bit but it was really bad. I have now started a laser removal process and someone else to help fix this whole mess. So much money lost, time lost and overall just bad. In sum, go there if you want a quick clean up Absolutely stay away for something permanent.

From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to my concerns and really understand what I was looking for. I had a very specific haircut in mind, and Cammie completely understood the vision. She fixed my hair beautifully and gave me exactly the layers, shape, and movement I was hoping for. I went to six colorists, paid $300-ish each time, and my hair looked dishwater-blonde, dull and awful. I honestly thought my hair had somehow changed, bc no one could get it right. It's just lovely right now. She also gave me lots of tips on products to keep the color true until next time, and didn't try to sell me a thing. She's talented, quick, and honest. My appointment started a late, but I didn't mind at all after my experience with Melanie.
