I've not had this issue with Great Clips in Vernal before and was disappointed that the app allowed me to book an appointment despite the staffs decision to close early. The staffs response when I said I booked through the app was "shrugged her shoulders" and "sorry" then walked away leaving a booked customer feeling frustrated. This was a bummer.

After a short, unsanitary (in my opinion) massage she painted our nails and moved on to her next appointment leaving us with a full foot soak of water.
