I took a new friend to get a pedicure with me and things started off good. Their lobby is nice and…read moreup to date but when we were shown where we would be getting our pedicures my expectations lowered. Although being very clean, the whole nail area looked like it had been thrown together by someone on a D.I. budget. Midway through our pedicures the girl giving them became very inappropriate with her conversation topics and persistently cursed. She then criticized my friend for her nail maintenance making both of us very uncomfortable. After a short, unsanitary (in my opinion) massage she painted our nails and moved on to her next appointment leaving us with a full foot soak of water. When I got home and looked closer at my paint job I noticed polish all over my toes. This was NOT worth $80.

I told her to go ahead and take the call because that made me nervous and I was NOT OK with it. She didnt take the hint and kept talking. When I got home I did realize the cut was bad, so I called her to let her know, very nicely by the way, and scheduled another appointment to have it corrected and a partial color on the rest of my hair. A few days later I received a text from her stating I was never happy and she couldnt make " my hair dreams" come true. The immaturity and unprofessionalism she showed was astounding to me. When a customer tells you something was not right, put on your big girl panties and do your job, not shun them. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
