Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable staff. From the lady on the initial call to the official appointment I was made to feel comfortable and did not feel judged. I was provided with a recommendation and follow-up tools that will allow me to deal with my seemingly impossible situation in the best way possible. They not only saved me a lot of money but took the shame away that I felt and helped me realize there was a solution (that I had never thought of and details of which I did not know) and that I was not alone - a lot of people struggle with financial difficulties.
