Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. It seemed pricey at first, but otherwise we would have had to buy two new shower stalls because a friend was staying there and used bleach to clean the shower stalls. They were a mess and she really made them look brand new for $400. She did ask for 500 but I asked for a discount and she did it for 400.00! I'm not 100% sure what her move-in and move out cleanings cost but this was different. It was a by the job cleaning meaning two showers and an oven. She swept upstairs and then moved some things downstairs out of her way. If you have the job that you don't think you can clean on your own she is definitely worth the money.
