Micheal - the owner was there in less than 20 minutes. Based on what the trooper told him, he had already called ahead to see who might be open - 5pm, day before a holiday weekend - everything was closed. He also called ahead to find a car rental location would be open until 6pm. He took us there first - waited while we rented a car, then took us to the dealership to drop the car, keys, etc so they could call us on Monday when they returned. Micheal went out of his way to be supportive and resourceful so that we could get back on the road to continue our holiday weekend plans inspite of the issues with our own car.
