Negatives are the lack of trees but it's a young park and hopefully that will change as it matures. Biggest issue was the terrible WiFi signal. There's no cable so we had to stream. The park wasn't even half full and it was difficult to get a consistent WiFi signal (even when not trying to stream). Also needs after hours security driving through.

This place is a joke southern hospitality is a phrase that I would never use to describe this place…read moreevery day the owners or the drunken security guard would come by our campsite or call about something anything from a garbage bag of trash that we took out daily our truck was too loud and vibrated too much when it would idle in the middle of the 107 degree heat with my 4 month old in it the security guard stared at my wife and my little sister come into our yard numerous times and even Into our camper without being invited!! He walks around in nothing but shorts and no shirt and spends his day watching little girls swim in the pool we even had the cops called on us for smoking near the common area when the cigarette wasn't even lit that was after he stood at the pool for over an hour and gawked at my wife and my little sister the pictures show a bunch of people we stayed over the 4th of July and at most there were 25 or 30 campers something to be said about that this place won't be around long
