The worst management company I've ever dealt with and the building I live in is the flithiest…read morerat-infested place I've ever seen. I have complained about the rat infestation in the building for over a month and noone has bothered to even respond to me. The building they manage at 2909 Ocean Ave is absolutely filthy, broken down, with no functional laundry room, and the worst rat infestation I've ever seen. The rats are everywhere, you can see them in broad daylight -it's horrendous. Do yourself a favor and do not rent or buy in this building or any properties they "manage".

Simply put: SLUM LORDS…read more.. They do not care about you or the tenants of the properties they own. They evict people on a regular basis without cause. They do not improve conditions for tenants, nor do they intend to. They are simply bill collector slum lords. (I have proof of everything.) Please see photos! Our apartment building was without power and heat for seven days, simply because they were too cheap to hire an electrician on day 1. 10 tenants were affected by this, losing 200-300 dollars in food each. This company did not care, nor did they offer any assistance, or reduced rent assistance, to their tenants after multiple attempts at communication with the ahem, "Corporate" office. I even asked them, what if this was your family going through this?? They did not care...no return communication was ever sent. I had to contact local city government about the issue to get the repair started and completed. The property manager resigned over this and other issues. Other tenants and myself are moving out of these apartments currently due to various issues, directly caused by, or not attended to by this "property management" company. They don't manage anything, they just threaten to evict you. These guys are borderline criminal, and should be put out of business. They are making millions upon millions off of charging over priced rents while poor conditions in their properties are common, yet they repair nothing. I have tons of photos of these issues. They are also called "Everest Equities". Same group of crooks. Do not do business with them. I am going to post negative on them online in every venue I can to warn people about these sorry SOB's. Don't live at their properties. You will be moving quickly.

APARTMENT W MANY ISSUES , Garbage disposal broken with old food in it since March of 2021.No work out room ,dirty and vandalism , no tanning s told and advertised, lawn care just done by professionals 10 months after moving in. Moved into a dirty apartment, provided pics and videos to both Corp and the office and was told we'll take it off your move out costs. Blood in fridge 6 inches deep, broken dishwasher, horrible insulation, haven't slept in my bedroom since I moved in for that reason. Contacted a lawyer and going to stop another person being taken advantage of. DONT MOVE HERE IF THEYLL STILL BE ABLE TO RENT OUT HOMES THAT IS

Though the agents are friendly enough, this company is deceptive and has VERY POOR business…read morepractices! I advise anyone who is apartment hunting to THINK TWICE before using them! They collect numerous applications (and the $$ fees$$) for each apartment as they make their $$ off rejecting large volumes of people and keeping their application fees. I managed to communicate with the manager of the mid-town branch, Mr. Jacobs, and was not impressed with his smug attitude and inability to admit their terribly unethical practices. RUN don't walk away from this bunch!
