As might be expected after all this time, hinges on the Lazy Susan failed. We called and asked if the group did repairs. They did and they came out and charged the standard $250 service call. At that time we were told that the hinges might hold for years or maybe months. A few weeks later they failed. Rather than stand by their work, Kleppinger told us that for $350 additional dollars, they would install new hinges for us. Had we known that a $250 repair would only last a few weeks, we would have elected for a hinge replacement at the start. We had hoped a company of this caliber would stand by their work and had hoped for a more customer oriented response.
