The indoor and outdoor environment is one of a kind and the teachers/management make you feel like family. They truly have mastered the art of school for our young. I had high hopes for Greenhouse Montessori. I loved the…read morevision of outdoor learning, the enrichment programs discussed online, and the thought of a supportive community. I also really liked the values they spoke of. In the beginning things started out amazing and then quickly just went downhill and looking back I realize a lot now I didn't notice at the time we were with the school. And to be fair, teachers like Ms. Andrea and Ms. Theresa (often in the front office) are truly wonderful. But overall, the experience was disappointing especially with the Director Ms. Jennifer and how different things were from what's promised. First, the outdoor learning was one of the biggest things we were excited about, but when my child clearly desired/needed more time outside than inside, it was a constant issue. I was told staffing made it difficult, which goes against everything they promote online. Other programs like "live animal enrichment" and "preschool philanthropy"were talked about but didn't actually exist at all the 2024/2025 school year. And with the lower elementary program shutting down this next year (2025/2026), it of course raised red flags about the school's stability. There's also limited childcare, no after school care, no break care, and only 16 summer spots I was told. Again very different than their online promises. Bringing it back to the hardest part though, our interaction with the Director. I heard about not great interactions had with her but it wasn't until we neared ending our time with the school I finally experienced it first hand. When I had tried to advocate for my son/family, I was met with coldness, defensiveness, and zero empathy. I mean zero. Felt like professional gaslighting at its finest. Instead of working with me, I was told my son was just "no longer a fit." She seemed to be avoiding discomfort rather than doing what was best for my son. And looking back there was a pattern of families being pushed out when they advocated too much. There's also a noticeable lack of diversity, and manyyy kids were encouraged to get IEPs only to later be told they don't belong there any more because Greenhouse couldn't work with them. Lots of kids dropped like flies from the programs. It made me question how much they really support inclusion and individualized learning (like they claim). I really wanted to believe in this school. But the gap between their online image and reality is too big to ignore. I hope in the future they make the necessary changes to be fully in alignment with their promises because they do have great potential and loving teachers.

During a season of complex family dynamics, the staff showed exceptional kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They provided a safe, stable, and deeply nurturing environment where my son was able to thrive during some of the most important early childhood developmental years. The Montessori approach to child-led learning was beautifully implemented. Beyond academics, my son gained incredible life skills... gardening, cleaning, food preparation, understanding personal space, and practicing etiquette. These practical skills built his confidence and independence in ways that extend far beyond the classroom. Today, he is thriving both socially and academically, and I credit so much of that foundation to his time at Spondeo. The director Andrea is one of the most kind, child-centered, and professional women I have ever met. She runs the school exceptionally well and is highly involved in the daily life of the students and teachers. You can truly feel her heart for children in everything the school does. We are so grateful for our time there and would wholeheartedly recommend Spondeo to any family looking for a nurturing, enriching Montessori education.

The care and attention he received in the infant room were exceptional, with the staff always providing individualized care (like easing him into the day with his favorite basket of balls), even sending us photos and updates throughout the day, which put our minds at ease. Now that he has transitioned to the toddler room, we continue to be impressed by how much he is learning and growing. The Montessori approach has truly supported his natural curiosity and independence. Whether it's through sensory activities, practical life exercises, or outdoor play, we see him thriving and hitting key developmental milestones like learning to communicate better (thank you sign language) and developing fine motor skills. The staff is loving, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's development, always encouraging his progress while keeping us closely informed about his day-to-day experiences. The facilities are clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to create a warm and stimulating environment for the children. We also appreciate how the school fosters a sense of community among families, hosting events and providing resources that allow us to feel even more connected to our child's learning journey. When we were looking at daycares we considered other Montessori-based daycares (some independently owned and some franchise), and we're so glad that we chose Spondeo! We found that the franchise based Montessori daycares felt more adjacent to a regular daycare and didn't offer the same level of independence and problem-solving that we offer at home. Spondeo does such a great job respecting our child's abilities! We couldn't be happier with the level of communication, support, and involvement the staff maintains with us as parents. We highly recommend Spondeo Montessori to any parents looking for a nurturing, educational, and enriching daycare environment for their child. It has been the perfect fit for our family!

Every teacher he's had has been warm, caring, and attentive, but we especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Bri. Our son adores her! Communication is great, both from teachers and management. The teachers do a great job sending out updates and photos via their app. The activities they plan are thoughtful, creative, and perfectly tailored to his age. We've loved watching him grow in his learning, his words, and his play. What sealed the deal for us during our initial tour at Goddard was a moment I'll never forget. I was an absolute wreck, just not ready to hand my baby over to strangers. Sensing my anxiety, the infant teacher, Ms. Jess, gently pulled me aside, gave me the warmest hug, and promised me that my son would be in the best hands with her and her fellow infant teacher (Ms. Bri). In that moment, she made me feel like family. Her kindness and reassurance brought me so much peace, and I'll always be grateful to her for that. If you're reading this and considering Goddard for childcare, go take a tour and meet the teachers. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for what they do will instantly put you at ease and give you confidence that your child will be in the best hands.

Our son transitioned from a very small in-home daycare to this larger center, and she made the change so smooth and comforting for him. She has been endlessly kind, patient, and loving, and has become someone we truly trust with our son. Ms. Madi has also been great with communication. She always took the time at drop-off and pick-up to talk with us about how he was doing and anything he might need, which helped us feel very involved and informed. Even after he transitioned into the two-year-old room, she continues to be so warm and welcoming. She still greets him, says hi, and you can tell she truly cares about him. Now he is in the two-year-old room with Ms. Kenzie, who he has gotten to know and absolutely adores. She has been so kind, and he loves going into her classroom each day. We are excited to see his progress in this classroom with the other kids and his new teacher. We also really appreciate the security measures in place. The double security feature before being able to pick up your child gives us so much peace of mind. On top of that, the app is amazing, we love being able to see pictures and updates about our child throughout the day. Everyone, from the director to the reception staff, the teachers, and even the cook, has been great. You can really feel that they care about the kids and their families. For the future, one feature we'd love to see (and we think many parents would appreciate as well) is a live video feed of the classrooms, similar to what some other daycares in the area offer. We know this might not be possible right away, but it would be a wonderful addition. Overall, The Learning Experience has been great for our son in both the one-year-old room and now the two-year-old room, and we've loved all of the staff we've interacted with. The teachers here are incredibly well-trained in nurturing and guiding kids aged 1-4, and I can see the results every day. One of the biggest milestones for us has been potty training. My daughter is getting the support she needs at school, and it's clicking! She comes home so happy and fulfilled, singing, dancing, and playing. I was initially so worried about putting her in daycare, as she was a Velcro baby and would always scream when she wasn't with me. But the environment is so warm and welcoming that she quickly became comfortable and now loves going to school. What makes this place truly special is the variety of enriching activities. My daughter helps take care of the chickens, tends the organic garden, and enjoys reading, drawing, dancing, and playing with her friends. The magic these teachers create in their classrooms is truly amazing--they know just how to care for my baby girl, and I feel so lucky to have found them. I also love how transparent and communicative the school is. I receive daily text message updates, so I always know what's going on with my daughter, which gives me so much peace of mind. The school worked with us on our budget and schedule, and I really appreciate how upfront they are with pricing and schedules on their website--no hidden surprises. Ms. Jennifer, the owner, made us feel like family from day one, and I'm so grateful for the warm, nurturing environment she's created. I honestly feel like we hit the jackpot with this preschool. It's the best possible place for our daughter, and I would recommend it to any parent looking for a magical, loving environment where their child can grow and thrive!
