Had a stroll here with my bestie. Such a beautiful view. There was people fishing and catching crap on the dock. Lots of places to buy a drink for your stroll in the area. Watch out for dog poop in the grass. Go check it out!

This is a very nice quiet beach nestled in a serene corner of Surrey. (And yes, I realize that serene and Surrey are being used in the same sentence!). The one thing about Crescent Beach is that it is very rocky - one time I broke my sandal on one of the rocks and had to walk around barefoot the rest of the night (ick!). Crescent Beach is peaceful because its not as commercialized as White Rock Beach. And this fact has some perks and pitfalls. It means you can find privacy at this beach, but you won't get a ton of selection of food. In face, there are only about 3 restaurants on the beach.

The beautiful sunset at Crescent Beach.

Ohh the things I could write about this place. Crescent Beach is very casual and laidback. The vibe here is very chill, and the people are welcoming and kind. I have a beach house in Crescent Beach and have been coming here for the past 5 years, and I have to say, there are so many amazing things in this area. Crescent is home to many beutiful hiking trails, my personal favortie being the trail over the train tracks at the turn of the beach. Another feature about this area is Blackie Spit park. There is great parking for tourists, and the park has alot of open space and tables for a midday picnic. Right next to the park is the pier on Wickson. The pier is aleays teeming with activity, and is always occupied by the daring "pier junpers " who dive into the waters of Crescent, and the avid fisherman out to go catch some fish for fun.The pier is also an amazing place to get professional photographs of the sun rising/setting. The only thing tyat lets me down about Cresent Beach is the food prices on the Main Street. They prices can be extremely expensive! If you come, I strongly suggest bringing your own lunch for a picnic at the park (more scenic, and way cheaper!)

Super fun beach, and very nice and alot more quiet than white rock. Highly recommend coming by once at least.

I would like this beach if it actually had 1001 steps. Turns out they have 240. This is a joke, lost a star for me.

Lovely beach. We visited quite often and the vibe is quiet and peaceful. Not overly busy as some other beaches tend to be.

Nice but quieter than the vancouver beaches. I got there several times a month even in the winter!

There is Blackie Spit where it's a big gravel parking lot with washrooms, a dog off leash area, and lots of walking trails.

Its a mirror of the downtown coal harbour seawalk. It has a pretty nice stretch from one end to the other. So what's interesting here: -There are hammocks set up for people to relax -There are sun loungers that flip from one end to the other depending where you want to face -Volleyball courts for small gatherings -A nice green area for people who just want to sit in the sun -A kids play area -A nice path for walkers like me. This is a very well laid and thought through park. Lots of design ideas has been put into it. I am impressed.
