So don't expect your deposit to be returned, since they try to nickel and dime everyone for everything in old, run-down apartments. All these bad reviews aren't lies. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

Having two documents in writing meant nothing to them and they stood their ground despite making multiple mistakes. All they wanted to show me was how they came upon the mistake rather than fixing it. Renter beware::: These people are not honest and they will not honor their promises. You are not allowed to have a washer or dryer in your unit, so you're forced to use the public laundry room, which is absolutely DISGUSTING--full of dog hair and a terrible smell because the neighbors don't care about cleanliness, and the condo employees don't clean or do anything at all. And on top of that, YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE IT! And trust me, it's not cheap!!!! The pool is dirty because they don't clean it, and basically, anyone who doesn't even live here can just walk in and use it. Tenants invite all their friends, and the pool has basically turned into a "PUBLIC SWAMP." The smaller kids' pool? In the three years I've lived here, it has NEVER worked!!! It's "under repair." FOR YEARS IT'S BEEN UNDER REPAIR! The tennis court is destroyed and locked, with padlocks on both doors, so tenants have no access to it. There is no playground or anything else for your kids if you have them. And forget about a gym--that doesn't exist here! The office staff are the most incompetent, rude, and unprofessional people you'll ever deal with. They act superior, question you even if you change cars, and whatever issue you have in your unit, their response is always: "We can't fix that," "We don't know what you're talking about," or "It's not in our hands." Meanwhile, the maintenance fee that owners pay is over $350 per month! If it rains, you'll need a boat to leave your home because the drainage system is useless, so during the rainy season, this place turns into a swamp. In the past year and a half, they've allowed "all kinds" of people to move in, and the peace and quiet--the only good thing this place had--no longer exist. Now, it's full of noisy neighbors who blast music and yell while drinking and having barbecues on their balconies, especially on weekends. And the best part: THEY CUT OFF THE WATER SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK!!!! This is the main reason I'm writing this review! Two to three times a week, they shut off the water for "repairs." So if you want to at least have a coffee or shower before work, you better wake up at dawn because there won't be a single drop of water until midday!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PEACE OF MIND! Los elevadores fallan constantemente. En una ocasión mi esposa quedó atrapada más de 20 minutos dentro de uno, una situación completamente inaceptable. Vivir con ese nivel de inseguridad en algo tan básico como un ascensor es desesperante. La seguridad del lugar también es muy mala. Han abierto nuestro auto para robar y también nos han robado paquetes en múltiples ocasiones. No hay control ni protección para los residentes. Los apartamentos son viejos y mal mantenidos. El aire acondicionado no enfría correctamente, lo cual en Miami es simplemente insoportable. Es un problema básico que no han resuelto. La convivencia también deja mucho que desear: hay residentes que tiran basura en las escaleras, lo cual demuestra la falta total de control y mantenimiento del edificio. El parqueo es otro desastre. Si no llegas temprano, literalmente no tienes dónde estacionar. Es increíble que un complejo residencial no garantice algo tan básico. Además, las alarmas de incendio se activan constantemente sin razón aparente, afectando la tranquilidad de todos. Es algo que ocurre demasiado seguido. Y lo peor de todo: a pesar de todos estos problemas, la administración no ha sido justa ni flexible. He solicitado romper el contrato debido a todas estas fallas graves y aun así pretenden cobrar penalidades, cuando claramente no están brindando un lugar seguro ni adecuado para vivir.
