She communicates frequently and efficiently. I had her email and her cell if I ever needed her. We met her once at her gorgeous studio and another time over the phone to plan pre wedding stuff. But the DAY OFF she blew me away. She was on time, prompt and on point. She tended to me and checked in to see if I needed water or how I was feeling, things not even photography related. She was patient and precise with her directions for my family taking photos. They all raced how they loved how they got the shots outside quickly so the older members of the family could go back inside and sit. She brought these lights for the dance floor that made all the action shots look amazing. I can't even go on enough about how awesome Kayla is and how you should book her immediately. I don't want to ruin any little surprises for any future brides but I will tell you that Kayla sends you little gifts before the wedding and after that show how much she cares. Jennifer made my super nervous self feel excellent and carefree throughout my entire shoot. I am a very self conscious person and she made sure to work around my inhibitions and get the best shots. She took well over 200 pictures and made the reveal process so easy for me with her patience. My session came with hair and makeup however hair wasn't needed as it can only be styled one way and make up I can't stand but gave her make up artist a chance. While I didn't like the make up (which was most likely solely my opinion because I don't ever wear make up) Jennifer made sure to tone down the make up so I was able to enjoy the pictures she took without seeing the make up I disliked. All in all I found Jennifer and her studio experience to be nothing short of amazing and I will absolutely be returning to do another shoot with her soon. 10/10 recommend you do the same!!
