Initially I posted a one-star review based on a complicated loan interaction that led to some legal…read morecomplications. Several years later, in an effort to clear the matter, I reached out and got lucky. I spoke to Rachel Jones in collections, and she went out of her way to assist me. Please note I am BIG on customer service. This was above and beyond, even though it wasn't perfect. I have been ill and somehow spoke to another agent who fraudulently started taking money out of my account. I don't know how, I hadn't agreed to anything, but she did. Mattered not, because Rachel was persistent and solved all of my problems, including the fraudulent deductions. Ultimately, I am a COMPLETELY satisfied client, and I highly recommend Foundation Finance. Even it seems impossible, call!! Only speak to Rachel but do call. They will help!! Thank you, Rachel and her unnamed boss. I truly appreciate you hearing me and playing fair.

I went this route for my pool install last year. I set up my account to pay 500 each month on a 376…read morea month loan. 11.9% interest. The first four months, interest averaged 80-90 a month. After the fourth month the interest jumped from 300-600 each month. I usually do not look at my accounts on autopay but had some time during flights. After realizing a 500% increase in interest on a loan I paid over each month, I called. First lady put me on hold and never returned. The second person could not explain within reason to me on how or why the interest increased. First, he suggested "it's due to outstanding unpaid interest", I asked, "If I paid over the monthly amount how is there a outstand interest amount?". No reasonably explanation. He then suggested that the interest was calculated using the whole term of my loan and that's why the amount is so high. Lastly, he had a supervisor get on the line. Again, no answers, just I guess and maybe. I decided to pay the loan completely off at that moment. It must be nice to charge clients whatever you feel regardless of your contract. With that being said, I am a petty person and don't enjoy my time or money being wasted. The contract, along with statements as of this post has been sent to an attorney. I know they are in breach of the contract. Funny this, I'm so petty, I may just build a website for each person that has been wronged by foundation finance in order to make a class action lawsuit. Companies as this one eventually wrong the right person and they find out. For me to take time out of my day to write this just angers me more. Congrats foundation, I do have money and am willing to waste some of it. You better hope your contracts are airtight. If not, class action lawsuit!
