I could hear every conversation in the room next door and since this room was near an exit and a stairwell, all I heard all night was door slamming. In the past, I would have highly recommended this hotel, but after this experience, I am hesitant to ever return from a cleanliness, noise or safety standpoint.

When I called the motel to see if it was found, they claimed that it was not in the room. The owner deflected and said that they will check the trash and the laundry, but there is no way it could have possibly ended up in any of those places. It was simply left on the desk, and I forgot to put it on before we checked out of the room. Whoever went into the room to clean, had to have taken it. It is an easy item to put in a pocket and not think twice. I am completely devastated that I made such a stupid mistake but am heartbroken that someone would steal something as valuable and meaningful as a wedding ring.
