Extremely rude and disrespectful. Four weeks ago I set an appointment for Thursday April 21st at 1000. I confirmed the appointment multiple times and provided all necessary information ahead of time. Upon arriving the dental office was locked with the lights off. I spoke with the a receptionist for the adjacent business just to learn that Crestwood Dental is no where to be seen and I'm not the only person this has happened to. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Do you want a dentist working on your or your families mouth that has no respect for your time? If they are unable to keep an appointment then how can they be trusted with the safety of their patients. Do Not Use This Dentist. read more

Terrible and just want your money!!!! Put 4 fillings on my 11 year old baby teeth. Made son's Father feel like it was detrimental with getting them done and put him in pressure to do it. They didn't even hurt my son. Well, less than 4 months later, no baby teeth and no ugly silver! Crestwood Dental Group is going to be bummed that they can't anymore money from us! read more

I couldn't ask for a better dentist than Dr John for my kids. My son knocked his adult front tooth out late in the afternoon and when I called, he was willing to stay and wait for us as we were about an hour away. Not only did he make my son comfortable but made me comfortable as well. The staff was great as well. Due to the situation of his teeth and bone, a temporary placement was done until it could heal. A few weeks later, the temporary fix came undone. I was able to reach him at 9:20 pm on his cell phone and he met me the next morning before they were even open, to fix it (on his day off). Cant get better than that!! Knowing this is going to be a long and expensive process, Dr John is offering every scenario to solve this. My kids have gone there for roughly 7-8 years and I have no complaints, always in and out, always friendly, and always accommodating.
