It was determined that a $2,600 bite guard was needed to address snoring issues I have had for many years. Due to the cost of the bite guard, Dr. Banda's office approached my insurance company and obtained approval for work to begin. After the work was successfully completed, a claim was filed for payment which my insurance company NOW DENIED. For over 1 year my insurance company found every way possible to not issue payment for work they had already approved. Dr. Brayman took over keeping Bonnie (dental hygeniest) on board who were all10 stars! That's why I was a patient for so long. After the new owner took over they called me to try and reschedule my exam with Bonnie who said she didn't work there anymore. After pressing them and insisting on NOT changing my exam day they said I could come in and incredibly enough, Bonnie was still working there! I discovered they FIRED Bonnie after over 44 years and my exam date was her last day, don't know why. They actually cancelled many of her appointments to get her out the door ASAP. I got the feeling new management's "brand" of dentistry didn't include one of their most loyal, kindest and best employees and adopted lying to patients as a business practice. I suspect the true reason behind these changes but won't speculate publicly here. I was told they canned Bonnie without cause, cancelled as many of her scheduled appointments out from under her and LIED to me as a patient that she was no longer employed. The new management or office/counter staff is dishonest, terminates excellent employees and I won't do business with people like that. You can't get a better person or employee than Bonnie and she, along with their customers deserve much better. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HTD WITH THAT STAFF IN PLACE. The new owner hijacked a wonderful practice started by Dr. Fox then carried on by Dr. Brayman but sadly that fantastic 45+ year plus legacy is GONE.

First, the office is EXTREMELY clean and very professional. I like the new style office where each patient area is in a defined space without having to be in a closed up room. They also have a slick tv screen for each dental chair, so you don't have to sit and stare at the drill the entire time. As for Dr. Brian Davidson's treatment expertise, I honestly have not ever been to a dentist that has ever given me as much confidence as he has. I have been to his office for routine repairs and emergency repairs, and every single time he has been extremely thorough and explained the procedures so that I can fully understand why he does things completely, rather than just fixing one tooth at a time. Dr. Amy has also helped to make my kids feel very comfortable in the dentist chair from a young age... which is always important to anyone looking for a good family dental center. I would imagine that it is easy to complain about services from your dentist given the nature of a dental visit... but I have to tell you, it is easy to recommend Dr. Brian and Dr. Amy Davidson.
