Generally, we love to get their produce, meat, bakery, and hot foods. Their gas is cheaper than some of their competitors, so I'd recommend coming here for gas if you're running low. Sign up for their Kwik Trip Loyalty Rewards, so you can get some gas coupons and rack up reward points during future trips. The area by the rear brake lights and license plate never gets cleaned. Cancelled it in the fall. They ran a valentine's promotion just in the last week here where it was "buy one get one" if you bought their most expensive wash through their website. Upon checking out online with the promo code I only got one wash, not two. Emailed their customer service. EXTREMELY SLOW response time. Took them 4 days to respond to their email and their only suggestion was basically "are you sure you read the whole email receipt and scrolled down to the bottom to find your code?" That's it. That's what they had to say about it. Of course I did. Terrible response. Replied with a PDF copy of the original email showing only one wash code, waited another two days. Rep said the promo code didn't work or come through on the order somehow so I'm just out of luck. Won't be back. The wash isn't that great and the customer service is SLOW and TERRIBLE.

I dropped it off at 7:30am and picked it up at 5:30pm. The manager was very rude to me stating, "If you wanted it cleaned you just should've bought a new truck." "You should've brought it to the cities." "I'm not going to have my guys spend 45 minutes cleaning and scraping the chunks off the center console." Mind you I could easily take my fingernail and remove those obvious chunks. I took pictures before dropping it off and compared it to after the "detail" and very little in the interior was changed. Most of the body on the exterior was cleaned except for the roof, wheel wheels, tonneau cover, bed liner, etc. I could go on and on. Save yourself some time, money, and hassle and bring it somewhere else.
