She acted as though since I had a return with no receipt that I was a thief even after explaining to her they were gifts and I unfortunately wasn't given a gift receipt. It's sad because this is the closest location to my house so I generally go to it. T also instead of scanning my ID on the phone, had me drive all the way back home to pick up my ID on Mother's Day to bring it back to do a return. I understand it's their policy but at the same time I also know most places would still take care of their customers especially since I had front and back pictures of my ID that we could've used instead.
