They are super welcoming and nice and will help you with whatever feels foreign to you once you're in there. Such personalized attention even though they were incredibly busy. I went after I got off work, which is around 11 AM. There must've been 30 or 40 people that all came in the door separately and on their own within the first 30 minutes I was there. They were absolutely slammed, but they made time to get to know me, even though it was my very first time in there and they didn't know me and there were clearly many longtime customers there. Everyone was cheerful and upbeat, and everybody got help with their projects. It is a very well oiled machine. The selection is so much fun! The staff is friendly and helpful and makes great recommendations. I had a 30 year-old project that I hadn't touched literally in decades that I wanted to revive and they helped me through every step of the project and made me feel like it was the most amazing thing they had ever seen, even though I started it when I was in my teens and I know it isn't. I just think we are so lucky to have a business like this in Palm beach! They also do finish work, which is outstanding and I will definitely be back again soon. In fact, I already invited four friends and we're going next Wednesday and then going to lunch. What a crowning gem for us here in Palm beach!

I had an art project in mind and an idea of what I needed to buy, but I wasn't really sure which of the different brands or types of the product to get. Unfortunately, there's not much staff here to help. I had to go to the front cashier and ask someone there where to even find what I wanted. And there's no staff wandering around to ask further questions. I just had to guess and hope for the best. The other problem is that the store is so large that it's hard to discover what's where. You wind up wandering a lot more than you'd like to just going up and down the aisles. I certainly got in my steps this day. Since there aren't many stores like this for arts and craft supplies that I know of (Is there any other?), I suppose I'd return.

I love what they do for many communities in the area - they provide a space for artists to display and sell their works, they reduce the amount of trash that goes into landfills, they provide materials for just about anyone to make their own art (including and especially teachers!), educate youth and adults on how to make use of the supplies they offer, and they sell "thrift" type items at a great value that run the gamut from puzzles to vases. What I love most is that I can donate goods that I may have thought about tossing, because someone's garbage is another person's art supply! It's worth going to Resource Depot frequently, because you truly never know what you're going to find or how you're going to be inspired. For instance, I just got a string of lights that I want to hang in a dark corner of my home. I found this amazing ball of thick string and webbed colorful materials that I've now made into a chandelier. Their postcards are also so cool, and inspiring me to make other projects. The staff is always so nice and helpful, and when I've looked for something specific for a project, I've always found someone that is willing to help me out.

Based Upon my Appraisal Expertise and valuation the client had the textile framed at an Extremely High cost Exceeding $7000. Most recently a client commented that the owner made Derogatory statements about me also Breaching Client Confidentiality. The owner (Cathy) told the client she lost the framing client due to my Appraisal Services. Not Only was Cathy the owners statement to the current client Untruthful it was Also Defamatory. In truth the framing was ordered and completed by Cathy based upon my Appraisal Expertise. Whatever transpired with Cathy at Palm Gallery and the client loss would be the Jurisdiction of Cathy and Palm Gallery. I am writing this review due to Cathy owner of Palm Gallery's lack of Veracity Breach Of Client Confidentiality and Defamatory Statements. Having confronted the owner (Cathy) most recently with these statements as her statements about my Appraisal Services were Untruthful and Malicious Without Justification I Would Not Recommend Any clients now or in the future. Accordingly, I had one item framed as well and the Quality for the framing cost Substandard. I now utilize Michael's and No longer need to be concerned with Defamatory, Malicious and Untruthful Statements. I Would Add Cathy Always Solicits Google Reviews Whether They Are Clients Or Not.
