So we walked to the other carrier only to find out they had failed to unlock the phones. So the second time we went back they said we had an outstanding balance on the devices so we paid, and they unlocked them. When we arrived back at the other carrier they said we still had the wrong pin, so I called customer service and it took a supervisor talking to the Verizon rep to figure out the problem. Took five hours of back and forth to get phones from Spectrum to another carrier due to Spectrum reps negligence and inability to do their job right the first time. Deplorable.
