While I appreciate the clever name and convenience, having to go through phone issues is always so annoying. Especially since I didn't consider my iPhone 7 to be a dinosaur yet, but I guess I was wrong. Look I'm an Apple girl all the way but I've come to realize that all Apple users are basically their bitches. Think about how attached you are to that thing and when it breaks you're shelling out the dollars just to get it or the newer version of it back in your hands. Salesman told me it was dirty and they would clean it when replacing battery and never mentioned word failing. Failing and dirty do not mean the same thing to me! Manager unhelpful and condescending. He's also the repair technician. Go figure.
