This company is a joke. I walked in this store yesterday, and signed up for the highest phone plan…read morethey offer, and I also bought a Bluetooth radio. I got home opened the radio packaging, and it was missing multiple components. I went back to return the radio the next day (less than 24 hours later), and the manager told me there was a "strict 1 day return policy", they didn't have anymore in stock, and there was nothing they could do for me except give me a charger off their shelf. I explained to him that I bought it less than 24 hours ago, and he told me it had to be returned same day. I will be getting rid of cricket wireless as soon as the month is up. Update: I am no longer a cricket customer, but I got stuck with the radio so I decided to use it. It died after an hour, and won't take a charge.

While I appreciate the clever name and convenience, having to go through phone issues is always so annoying. Especially since I didn't consider my iPhone 7 to be a dinosaur yet, but I guess I was wrong. Look I'm an Apple girl all the way but I've come to realize that all Apple users are basically their bitches. Think about how attached you are to that thing and when it breaks you're shelling out the dollars just to get it or the newer version of it back in your hands. Did not offer to look at my phone again, even after explaining it had all worked prior. Diagnostic said mic was failing prior. Salesman told me it was dirty and they would clean it when replacing battery and never mentioned word failing. Failing and dirty do not mean the same thing to me! Manager unhelpful and condescending. He's also the repair technician. Go figure.
