The only…read morereason I'm leaving two stars and not one is that they did thankfully have a pretty quick response time to me, even without an appointment. I recently transferred to a competitor service, primarily due to Verizon's lack of customer service. When I went into Verizon Carbondale and requested a print-out of my final bill, the employee/salesperson said that they weren't able to do that in the store, and that I had to contact the customer service phone line. I sat in my car to do that, and then customer service said to request my bill in-store. I explained to customer service that I was directed to call them by the employee in-store. I try a second time, explaining to the employee that customer service sent me. Once more, I'm told by the same employee/salesperson that there's nothing Verizon can do from the store, even though their help line, which is ABOVE the employees, said that it's perfectly within their store's policy. It wasn't until I went in a THIRD time, with the customer service rep on the phone, that it took three employees to help me access the system to get my final bill, 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. That was when I was told that I had to wait for the physical copy to be mailed, and that it would take a few weeks. At this point, I've been in and out of the store and off and on the phone with customer service for almost two hours, when everyone's time could have been saved if they simply followed through on my what-I-thought-was-a-reasonable request the first time. I also had an issue a year prior where I asked the employee a specific question that applied to the address written on my phone bill multiple times, and each time she confirmed that it was correct. She ended up missing the mark completely, sending my bill to a former address that is hours away, which ended up being a MAJOR inconvenience in my situation. I didn't think much of it, assuming it was something out of the employee's control and had more to do with corporate, but I would have preferred her to just be honest with me, even over something seemingly minor. Overall, the employees/salespeople acted like I was an inconvenience for them and sort of gave me an attitude while being completely unhelpful. Glad that I switched to another service provider after all of this, and I'm hoping I won't have to deal with Carbondale Verizon ever again.

When I called to complain, they couldn't refund me but promised my next bill would be lower and it was but my 3rd bill went up $20 dollars from the 2nd. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone is impossible BECAUSE of the business phone plan.

Came in for almost two hours to fix it!!! It was the third visit in one month today. We came in and spent almost two hours for the billing problem we can't fix online by ourselves. We waited they talked with AT&T representative on the phone. After one hour, no single problem was solved. Just a simple multiple line discount, they cant figure out how to get it work. And they said it was out of their control. ATT representative said either we wait for another hour or come back tomorrow. Sure , like we dont have any other better things to do than waiting in the Att office! Well, we give a try, decide to switch the carrier.Enough is enough. For the simple life , stay away from AT&T and carbodalE office !

They just don't fix computers and cell phone, they fix TV too! My LG Led TV stopped working a week…read moreago and didn't know what was wrong, I read online and found out there might be problem with capacitor. I took the TV for diagnostics. Mark was very helpful, within couple hours he was able to tell me what was wrong, it was actually one of capacitors. Today my TV is already fixed. He explained to me very well what went wrong and even taught me how to fix it next time I have a problem. The charge was very reasonable too. Overall excellent service! Happy customer.
