I want to start by saying how much I actually love T-Mobile and actually how much I love this…read morestore; the problem I have is with only one individual, but since T-Mobile employed them, they now get the bad review. If someone comes up to you with the name Brandon, don't waste your time and head out the door, from the get go instead of The usually friendly manner I get from people at T-Mobile and from their call in service, I got an attitude of "if your not going to give me a sale I'm not going to work" I'm not even upset by what the outcome was to my problem but the way it was put forth and the way he was the whole time made me regret buying a phone from him and allowing him to get commission. I am so frustrated. I hope he gets better training or gets out of this business.

All they need is a pole in the middle so they can have a stripper working the pole. I think she would do a better job than the guys behind the counter. I took my phone with a broken screen. They replaced my phone screen but an issue arose. After getting my phone back from repair, part of the screen did not respond! I have taken it in and there response was "nothing is wrong with it." It occasionally runs without an issue. Sometimes it won't answer a call after swiping because it does not respond. Same goes with texting. Hopefully they fix the problem which it did not have before I took it in to get the screen swapped. I would not recommend this place.

They admitted that it worked before they started replacing the screen but also said they didn't break it. I have a new screen but no 5g and now it won't charge either. I spoke with the manager who took no responsibility for making it worse and said they couldn't fix it. He said sometime components break. T-Mobile is now replacing my phone. Luckily T-Mobile is taking care of me but if I didn't have insurance I'd be completely out a phone. Take your phone elsewhere for service.
