If someone comes up to you with the name Brandon, don't waste your time and head out the door, from the get go instead of The usually friendly manner I get from people at T-Mobile and from their call in service, I got an attitude of "if your not going to give me a sale I'm not going to work" I'm not even upset by what the outcome was to my problem but the way it was put forth and the way he was the whole time made me regret buying a phone from him and allowing him to get commission. All they need is a pole in the middle so they can have a stripper working the pole. I think she would do a better job than the guys behind the counter. I took my phone with a broken screen. They replaced my phone screen but an issue arose. After getting my phone back from repair, part of the screen did not respond! I have taken it in and there response was "nothing is wrong with it." It occasionally runs without an issue. Sometimes it won't answer a call after swiping because it does not respond. Same goes with texting. Hopefully they fix the problem which it did not have before I took it in to get the screen swapped. I would not recommend this place.

I spoke with the manager who took no responsibility for making it worse and said they couldn't fix it. He said sometime components break. T-Mobile is now replacing my phone. Luckily T-Mobile is taking care of me but if I didn't have insurance I'd be completely out a phone. Take your phone elsewhere for service.

I would not come here again…read more Parking is abundant with plenty of space at any time of the day. Employees are ready to help, are friendly, and I enjoyed speaking to them. However while shopping a security guard did not hide they were looking over my shoulder and watching me shop almost immediately from when I walked into this store. I didn't realize until I turned around and he was there staring at me. I made my purchase left and felt upset; I was profiled and I feel it was because I am black. There are other people shopping at this store and he didn't follow them. I walked back in asked the greeter to request a manager who's name is Alejandro; I shared my experience with him and I could tell he was uncomfortable by his body language, but he did acknowledge this situation. I provided him this feedback to share how I felt, and how it was wrong. To have a security follow me before an employee asks me for help is extremely disappointing. This store has plenty of options, it's a bit older of a store, but has a great selection of electronics you can pickup in store and has a mobile bay for car tech installations. Today I was purchasing a car charger while I'm on vacation and found an insignia brand charger & adapter that was at a great price. Would I come here again, definitely not, but that should not stop you. I hope they take my in person feedback well, and apply a great shopping experience for all customers of all ethnicities.
