When I arrived they wanted to charge me a $99 diagnostic fee, and told me it would likely cost me $300 for a keyboard replacement as AppleCare doesn't cover keyboard defects. This is even before looking at the issue in depth. Called them out on it, and the person helping me was a little too "grippy" with my device after I asked for it back. Got the device back into my hands navigating the awkward not letting go of my device, and called Apple immediately after. From some other reviews looks like they overcharge for covered warranty work, in hopes of getting a lien on peoples devices and selling it. Whatever their shady motivations Watch Out! Apple said absolutely covered under warranty and AppleCare+ accidental (if not a warranty repair) and would be $99 if it was damaged caused by me regardless of extent of damages. This place is a bunch of scammers, came here to support a local business instead of going to the mall Apple Store. I can only imagine what they do to older and less informed people. **UPDATE**: As expected, Apple shipped me out a box next day, shipped device in, and it came back next day. Keyboard fixed, no cost.

My daughter is a college student who brought her MacBook Pro in for service. They said they…read morerepaired the laptop but when she got home it wasn't fixed. She came home to bring it to the apple store. According to apple they only ran tests on the computer which apple said should have only taken 5 minutes instead of the 1.5 hours they charged her for. On top of that they did not replace any parts which would be the only reason to charge according to apple. When I called the store asking for a refund they told me they fixed the laptop and were unwilling to refund money that we paid.

The windows were tinted so I had no Idea if anyone was in there. No sooner did I walk in the store then the manager told me go out. He didn't say "Could you please wait outside, I can only have 4 customers in here at a time." He said "Get outside, you can't be in here right now." From what I understand Store employees are required to wear masks at the time. Not this guy, he must be special because all the customers were masked. First they forgot to replace the battery and had to open it back up. Upon leaving the store I noticed that the new screen constantly cycled the Lock Screen on and off at random. Also would not charge properly. Took it back a few days later and they agreed to replace the battery and the screen. After replacing the screen and battery they couldn't even get it to turn back on. Turns out both screens were defective out of the box. Junk parts. Replaced the screen again and it worked fine........for a week. Screen cracked under the glass and the phone was completely unusable. Took it back and was told that it was physical damage and they wouldn't warranty it. They were willing to replace the screen again at a cost. I said no way I'm doing that and I will never have a phone repaired by anyone again after this nightmare of an experience. It may not have been there fault but the parts they sell are junk and very fragile. After approximately 3 hours of wasted time and $200 I would never recommend them to anyone.
